This Privacy Policy explains how AKRO-in. d.o.o. ("AKRO-in.", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with PhoneDiffusion, including the PhoneDiffusion iPhone app, the PhoneDiffusion website, model delivery, purchases, analytics, reliability monitoring, and support.
PhoneDiffusion is designed as an accountless, on-device image generation app for iPhone. In the app, prompts, negative prompts, generated images, render history, local metadata, and downloaded model files are intended to remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to export an image, submit feedback, or share information with support.
1. Information We Collect or Process
We collect or process only the information needed to operate PhoneDiffusion, maintain reliability, process subscriptions, improve the product, provide support, secure our services, and comply with legal obligations.
This may include:
Support communications you send to us by email, feedback form, or other support channel.
Optional email address and feedback text you submit through the app.
Purchase and subscription information provided through Apple’s in-app purchase and subscription systems, such as entitlement status, transaction status, product identifiers, and restore-purchase results.
Paywall, onboarding, entitlement, and purchase-related information processed through Adapty and AdaptyUI.
App analytics and reliability information processed through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, such as app launch events, basic product interaction events, app version, build, operating system version, device type, crash reports, stack traces, diagnostic data, and related technical logs.
Diagnostics you choose to share with us when requesting support.
Model delivery information generated when the app downloads model manifests or model files, such as standard network request information and requested model file or version.
Website usage information collected when you visit phonediffusion.com, such as browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, cookies, and basic site interaction data, including through hosting or analytics tools used on the website.
2. What Stays On Your Device
In the PhoneDiffusion app, the following are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share them:
Prompts
Negative prompts
Generated images
Render history
Local generation metadata
Downloaded model files
Local subscription and entitlement state cached by Apple StoreKit and the app
We do not use your prompts or generated images for advertising, user profiling, or model training.
3. Photos Access
PhoneDiffusion requests add-only access to your photo library only when you explicitly choose to save an image to Photos. PhoneDiffusion does not request photo library access at launch and does not need to read your photo library to generate images.
4. How We Use Information
We use information we collect or process to:
Provide and maintain PhoneDiffusion and related services
Run on-device image generation and local storage features
Deliver curated model manifests and model files
Process, verify, and restore subscriptions and purchases
Load and improve onboarding and paywall experiences
Respond to feedback and support requests
Diagnose crashes, performance issues, download failures, and other reliability problems
Improve app and website usability
Detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, abuse, security issues, or legal violations
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
PhoneDiffusion Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple handles billing and payment credentials. We do not receive your full payment card information.
The app uses Adapty and AdaptyUI to activate subscription services, load onboarding and paywall content, check entitlement status, process purchase and restore results, and display subscription screens.
Adapty may process information such as product identifiers, subscription status, entitlement status, transaction status, restore results, paywall and onboarding placement identifiers, app and device information, installation or SDK identifiers, and purchase or paywall interaction events.
6. Analytics, Reliability, and Crash Reporting
The app includes Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. The app initializes Firebase at launch and may send limited analytics and reliability information.
This information may include app launch and basic product interaction events, app version, build, operating system version, device type, technical identifiers such as app instance or installation identifiers, crash reports, stack traces, diagnostic data, and related technical logs.
We use this information to understand whether the app starts successfully, identify crashes, improve reliability, and maintain the app. We do not use Firebase data to train image models or to target advertising.
7. Feedback, Diagnostics, and Support
PhoneDiffusion does not automatically send your prompts, generated images, or local render history to us.
If you contact support or submit feedback from inside the app, we may receive information such as:
Your feedback message
Your optional email address
The feedback title or topic
App name, app version, and build information
Any diagnostics or screenshots you explicitly choose to send
Support diagnostics are intended to exclude:
Prompt text
Generated images
Payment details
Do not include prompts, generated images, payment details, or other sensitive information in feedback unless you want us to receive and process that information.
8. Model Delivery
PhoneDiffusion downloads curated model manifests and model files from PhoneDiffusion model delivery infrastructure, including models.phonediffusion.com.
These requests may process standard network information, such as IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamps, and the requested model file or version. Hosting and content delivery providers may process this information to deliver files, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain security.
9. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party services to operate PhoneDiffusion and the website, including:
Apple, for app distribution, StoreKit, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and platform services
Firebase/Google, for app analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, and related infrastructure
Adapty, for subscriptions, entitlement status, paywalls, onboarding, and purchase analytics
Website, model hosting, CDN, and infrastructure providers, to deliver and secure the website and model files
Feedback, support, and email providers, when you submit feedback or contact us
These third parties may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Data Sales and Advertising
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts or generated images for targeted advertising. We do not use your prompts or generated images to train image generation models. We do not include third-party advertising SDKs in the app.
11. Data Retention
Content stored locally in the PhoneDiffusion app remains on your device until you delete it, remove the app, or reset local app data.
We retain support, purchase, analytics, crash, website, and server information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide support, maintain service functionality, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.
Third-party providers may retain information according to their own retention settings and policies.
12. Your Choices
You can:
Stop using PhoneDiffusion at any time
Delete the app from your device
Delete local render history and downloaded models from within the app
Reset local app data where available
Choose not to submit feedback or support diagnostics
Manage or cancel Apple-managed subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings
Use your browser settings to manage cookies and website tracking technologies where available
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability rights where applicable law provides those rights
13. Legal Bases for EEA Users
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract, such as providing app functionality, subscriptions, model delivery, and support
Legitimate interests, such as maintaining reliability, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and product improvement
Consent, where required by law
Legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, consumer protection, and regulatory requirements
14. Children’s Privacy
PhoneDiffusion is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the updated version at the applicable PhoneDiffusion policy URL.
