This Privacy Policy explains how AKRO-in. d.o.o. ("AKRO-in.", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with PhoneDiffusion, including the PhoneDiffusion iPhone app, the PhoneDiffusion website, and support requests.
PhoneDiffusion is designed as an accountless, on-device image generation app for iPhone. In the app, prompts, negative prompts, generated images, render history, local metadata, and downloaded model files are intended to remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to export an image or share diagnostics with support.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate PhoneDiffusion, support users, and maintain the website.
This may include:
Support communications you send to us by email or through a support form.
Purchase and subscription information provided through Apple’s in-app purchase and subscription systems, such as entitlement status, transaction status, and restore-purchase results.
Diagnostics you choose to share with us when requesting support.
Website usage information collected when you visit
phonediffusion.com, such as browser and device information, pages viewed, and basic site interaction data, including through cookies or analytics tools used on the website.
2. What Stays On Your Device
In the PhoneDiffusion app, the following are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share them:
Prompts
Negative prompts
Generated images
Render history
Local metadata
Downloaded model files
We do not use your prompts or generated images for advertising, user profiling, or model training.
3. Photos Access
PhoneDiffusion requests add-only access to your photo library only when you explicitly choose to save an image to Photos. PhoneDiffusion does not request photo library access at launch.
4. How We Use Information
We use information we collect to:
Provide and maintain PhoneDiffusion and related services
Process and restore subscriptions and purchases through Apple
Respond to support requests
Review diagnostics you choose to share
Improve website performance, reliability, and usability
Detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, abuse, security issues, or legal violations
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
PhoneDiffusion Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple handles billing and payment credentials. We do not receive your full payment card information.
We may receive limited subscription and transaction status information from Apple as needed to confirm access, restore purchases, and support subscription functionality.
6. Diagnostics and Support
PhoneDiffusion does not automatically send your prompts, generated images, or local render history to us.
If you choose to share diagnostics with support, we may receive information such as:
App version and build
Device capability information
Selected model
Runtime and thermal state
Local counts such as installed models and saved renders
Support diagnostics are intended to exclude:
Prompt text
Generated images
Payment details
7. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party services to operate PhoneDiffusion and the website, including:
Apple, for app distribution, purchases, subscriptions, and platform services
Website hosting and infrastructure providers, to deliver and secure the website
Website analytics providers, if enabled on the website, to understand traffic and improve site performance
Email providers, when you contact us by email
These third parties may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
Provide support
Maintain service functionality
Comply with legal obligations
Resolve disputes
Enforce our agreements
Content stored locally in the PhoneDiffusion app remains on your device until you delete it, remove the app, or reset local app data.
9. Your Choices
You can:
Stop using PhoneDiffusion at any time
Delete the app from your device
Delete local render history and downloaded models from within the app
Choose not to share diagnostics with support
Manage or cancel Apple-managed subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings
Use your browser settings to manage cookies and website tracking technologies where available
10. Data Sales and Advertising
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts or generated images for targeted advertising.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the updated version at the applicable PhoneDiffusion policy URL.
