PhoneDiffusion is provided by AKRO-in. d.o.o. The app is licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. The following terms describe PhoneDiffusion’s features, purchases, and online services.

Local models generate images on your device and can work offline after model download. Available models, controls, and performance depend on your device and plan.

Optional cloud models generate images online through our backend and fal.ai. Cloud generation requires an internet connection and your permission to send prompts for online processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

PhoneDiffusion offers free features and paid Pro access. The purchase screen shows the price, billing period, and features included with each offer.

Paid monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions include local Pro features and a limited cloud-generation allowance. Lifetime Pro includes local Pro features; cloud generation is not included.

Apple handles payments, subscription management, and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple subscription settings and restore eligible purchases inside the app.

Cloud generation requires a verified paid monthly or yearly subscription. Trial, gifted, and Lifetime-only access do not qualify.

The cloud allowance refreshes each subscription month, including for yearly plans. Unused allowance does not roll over. The allowance is shared across devices and restored purchases. Different models consume different amounts based on their estimated processing costs.

Use PhoneDiffusion only for lawful purposes and respect other people’s privacy and rights. Do not use it to create illegal or exploitative content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harmful impersonation, threats, harassment, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use or share outputs. AI-generated images may contain errors or resemble existing content; generation does not guarantee accuracy, originality, or rights to a particular use.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Apple Standard EULA continues to govern the app’s license, warranties, and liability.
